Randy L. Walker – BBA in Accounting from University of Texas at San Antonio.

Previous CPA Firms – Arthur Young, Alford Doebbler & Jungman, and audit partner with Cundiff, Rogers, Solt & Walker.

He established Randy Walker & Company, P.C. in 1995. Randy Walker & Company, P.C. has been ranked in the top 20 for San Antonio Area’s largest accounting firms for the last several years. It employs sixteen professionals including certified public accountants.

Mr. Walker has more than thirty years of combined audit, tax, and management experience. He has also worked extensively in the area of tax planning and consulting, tax compliance, and the structuring of the business and personal interests. He established a particular client concentration in working with professionals and family owned businesses. His specific areas of focus include asset protection, income tax planning, estate tax planning and choice of entity planning. His clients include real estate, restaurant, constructions, various service businesses, and high net worth individuals.

In addition, he represents vast group of non profit organizations. Randy has served on the Boards of several non-profit organizations. Additionally, he has provided years of volunteer work as a mentor for high risk and homeless kids. Randy was a mentor for several high school kids at Fox Tech High School (downtown San Antonio) every week for five years. Prior to that he was a mentor for several kids at Willows Youth Home and St. Peter – St. Joseph Children’s Home. Additionally he was previously on the audit and by-law committees of Trinity Baptist Church. Randy currently serves on the board of Camp Tejas (a Christian camp), and Meeting the Need (providing food to the homeless at in San Antonio at Haven for Hope).
